We stand behind the quality of our garments. Please read carefully before requesting a return.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong item
You received the wrong color
We approve the return in writing in advance
The package includes a Return Authorization (RA) number
The item is sent back in brand new, unworn condition
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or discounted items
Worn, washed, altered, or damaged garments
Items with deodorant, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or odors
Any item returned in unacceptable condition will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Free of marks, smells, stains, stretching, or alterations
With original tags attached (if applicable)
All returns are inspected thoroughly. We document condition upon receipt.
If all return requirements are met, we issue Store Credit.
Store credit:
Does not expire
Can be used anytime online
Is our standard return solution
As a small independent brand, store credit allows us to continue producing small-batch garments in Los Angeles.
Ordered the wrong size?
We’re happy to exchange for a different size if:
The item is in brand new condition
You contact us within 14 days
The item is returned within 30 days
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are only issued for:
Verified production defects
Shipping damage
Incorrect item sent
If approved:
Refund is issued to the original payment method
Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy guidelines.
Returns received after 30 days (if approved at our discretion) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If a refund is approved, original shipping is not refunded
For items over $75, we strongly recommend:

Purchasing insurance
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You will receive store credit once the return is approved
If not marked as a gift:
Refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Returns without prior approval and RA number may be refused.
