Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.  For questions or estimates on international orders, email us:

Shipping Process 
Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. Orders typically ship within 1-3 Business days. If, in any case, the processing time will be longer, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder! ​​

You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Orders shipped outside California are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged a sales tax of 7.25%.

International Customs Fees
Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee. If you refuse to pay customs, we can only issue a refund for your order once USPS has returned the package back to us. Sometimes it takes 1-2 months to retrieve the package back from USPS. 

Missing Packages 
For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.​ Otherwise, contact as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.

We do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. Please contact us at with any questions.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or item exchange.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) ie: bodysuits, bikinis, stockings, socks, etc. Feel free to contact us with questions.
  • Items on sale
We only accepts returns under the following circumstances:
Item is damaged when received
Received wrong color to that ordered
Received wrong garment to that ordered
Shop is contacted and agreement for return is made in advance
Return is labeled with customer name and order number
Return is in brand NEW condition with no wear or tear
Return is made within 14 days of request for return
If all of the return requirements have been met, we will issue store credit.
Each item is inspected upon packing and we pride ourselves on making quality garments.
